About the event
This class is designed to create fulfilling relationships with Jesus and with others by teaching us how to recognize our emotions and deal with them effectively through connection with others in a healthy, safe environment. We will meet every other week in a small group to learn techniques that will help us to learn how to recognize and share our emotions, how to listen well to others and to Jesus, and how to increase our joy capacity so we can bounce back from difficult feelings and situations more quickly through healthy relationships with Jesus and with others.
The course will begin Wednesday, April 23rd and will meet every other Wednesday for six meetings total! It will finish up on July 2nd!
